On this page you will find information about our whistleblower system.
We offer our employees, customers and suppliers the opportunity to report information about violations in the context of a professional, entrepreneurial or official activity to our internal reporting office in accordance with the Act for the Better Protection of Whistleblowers (Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz) or the EU Whistleblower Directive 2019/1937.
Our internal reporting office is operated by our service provider Schmid Frank Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaftgesellschaft mbB, using a digital whistleblower platform that ensures absolute confidentiality and, if necessary, anonymity.
The most important goals of our whistleblower system are:
- Protection of legitimate expectations through discreet handling of the identity and reporting of whistleblowers
- Prohibition of unjustified discrimination such as dismissal, warning, refusal of promotion or bullying (reprisals)
- Avoidance of liability claims and damage to our company's image
